We Love Oldtimers B.V. is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. We Love Oldtimers B.V. is responsible for all data processing on behalf of We Love Oldtimers B.V., including http://www.vintageroadtrips.nl.
We Love Oldtimers B.V. collects and processes personal data for customer administration, the performance of the agreement, the collection of payments, the website, personalized marketing, and to comply with legal obligations.
The personal data stored by We Love Oldtimers B.V. is primarily used to fulfill the agreement regarding the delivery of a product and/or service by We Love Oldtimers B.V. Without this data, it is not possible for We Love Oldtimers B.V. to fulfill the agreement.
We Love Oldtimers B.V. handles your personal data with the utmost care and does everything in its power to store your data securely. Any data breaches will always be reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to the individuals whose personal data may have been compromised. In the event of a data breach, We Love Oldtimers B.V. will always take appropriate measures to ensure the reliability of the website.
If you believe that your personal data is being used improperly, was obtained improperly, or is being stored without justification, and you are unable to have your data deleted despite repeated requests, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time.
We Love Oldtimers B.V. stores the following personal data about you:
- for the performance of the agreement regarding the service provided: your name, address, ZIP code, city, phone number, and/or email address;
- for the payment and processing of invoices: your name, address, ZIP code, city, and email address;
- To request a no-obligation quote: your name, address, ZIP code, city, phone number, and/or email address;
- To handle questions and complaints: your name, address, ZIP code, city, phone number, and/or email address.
Personal data is never stored for longer than is strictly necessary, and you may view, modify, and delete it at any time. If photographs or other images depicting natural persons are used, We Love Oldtimers B.V. always first requests permission from the person whose photograph or image is being posted. You may view, modify, and delete your data (including the right to be forgotten) and withdraw your consent by sending an unambiguous
statement to verhuur@devolkswagenbus.nl.
Your personal data will be deleted in any case:
- in the case of the performance of the agreement: 5 years after the termination of the agreement for the purpose of any future
agreements, unless you have explicitly consented to the storage of your personal data for a longer period or if the data must be
retained for a longer period pursuant to a statutory regulation or provision; - In the case of payment and processing of invoices: 7 years after payment of the relevant invoice, for the purpose of complying
with the legal obligation imposed by the Tax Authority; - When handling questions and complaints: after the complaint has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction;
- In the case of a request for a non-binding quote: 60 days after the non-binding quote is sent.
To ensure the proper execution of the agreement, We Love Oldtimers B.V. may engage a number of third parties who may also have access to your data. In any case, they will store the data for as long as necessary to perform their work. Under no circumstances will personal data be used for purposes other than work performed for We Love Oldtimers B.V., unless explicit consent has been requested from the data subject. Data Processing Agreements apply to all external transfers of personal data.
A booking system is used to manage bookings. Personal data necessary for managing bookings is provided to the administrator of the booking system.
A payment provider is used to collect invoices. Personal data necessary for collecting payments is provided to the payment provider.
An accountant is used to process payments. Personal data necessary for processing the payments is provided to the accountant.

We Love Oldtimers B.V. reserves the right to create a blacklist containing the personal data of individuals who have seriously betrayed the trust of We Love Oldtimers B.V. The blacklist will be retained indefinitely and is accessible only to a very limited group of We Love Oldtimers B.V. employees. The blacklist is also maintained for future offers from We Love Oldtimers B.V. In any case, individuals who, despite repeated requests, fail to fulfill any payment obligation to We Love Oldtimers B.V. will be included on the blacklist.
